Sparkling Wines

QUINTA DO CERRADO DA PORTA sparkling wines combine vibrant effervescence with complex aromas and flavors. Versatile and sophisticated, they elevate any occasion, whether as an aperitif or in harmony with a good meal. They are all classified as "Quality Sparkling Wines", a demanding classification restricted to just four Portuguese wine regions, including the Demarcated Wine Region of Lisbon. In fact, the geoclimatic characteristics of the territory - altitude, clay-limestone soils, cool nights and sea winds - provide musts with optimal acidity and freshness, essential for the production of good sparkling wines.
