Regional wine from Lisbon, with Syrah (77%) and Touriga Nacional (23%). Vinification using the classic “tanning” method with thermal control. Aged for 20 months in new and used French oak barrels.
Alc. 14.5% / Total acidity 4.90 g/l / Sugars 0.7 g/l
Production of 2,600 bottles. Bottled in March 2020, released in October 2020.
Troviscal Red 2017 Grande Reserva
Ruby-violet color. Intense aroma of red fruits, with a touch of spices. In the mouth it has very balanced acidity, is complex and full-bodied, with noble tannins and persistence. Excellent to accompany grilled and roasted red meats, pairs very well with intense cheeses. Should be consumed at 17-18ºC. Good aging potential.
