Exclusively produced with Pinot Noir grapes. After destemming and crushing the grapes, very gentle pressing was carried out, and fermentation began with temperature control and without the presence of skins. Malolactic fermentation in a small stainless steel tank.

Salmon color. Intense aroma of red fruits and spices, with floral notes. Elegant on the palate, with a delicate structure and long-lasting flavor. Fine, well-integrated tannins. A fresh and fragrant finish. Excellent as an aperitif and with Mediterranean dishes. Consume at 12ºC.
