Produced with Arinto, Chardonnay and Moscatel-Graudo grapes. After destemming, crushing and pressing the grapes, fermentation began without the presence of the skins and with thermal control at 12ºC.

It has a bright appearance and a light yellow colour. Aromatic notes of flowers and tropical fruits. Moderate and balanced acidity. The unusual freshness, enveloping body and persistence in the mouth are given by the characteristics of the Arinto grape variety and the climate of the region. Excellent to accompany seafood and fish dishes, it can be drunk "on its own".
