Regional wine from Lisbon, with Arinto (60%) and Chardonnay (40%). After decanting at 10ºC, it aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats followed by 8 months in new French oak.
Alc. 13.6% / Total acidity 6.50 g/l / Sugars <1.5 g/l
Production 2,600 bottles. Bottling in March 2020. Release in October 2020.
Troviscal White 2017 Grande Reserva
Wine with a citrus color, peach aroma and delicate vanilla flavor, all well integrated. Bright freshness, excellent acidity with a persistent finish. Excellent as an aperitif and to accompany fish dishes and soft cheese. Should be drunk at around 12ºC.
