Sparkling wine produced exclusively with the Moscatel Graúdo grape variety. Hand-picked. After gentle pressing of the whole bunches, fermentation began with temperature control and without the presence of skins. It was aged for 3 months in stainless steel vats, after which immobilized yeasts were inoculated for a second fermentation in the bottle. Disgorgement was carried out after 12 months.

QCP Sparkling Moscatel 2018 Brut Reserve
Citrus colour and aroma of lime and green apples. Fresh flavour, with firm and very balanced acidity. Should be consumed between 6 and 8°C. Excellent as an aperitif and to accompany oysters, marinades, almost all types of fish, foie gras and smoked meats.
