Sparkling wine produced exclusively with the Pinot Noir grape variety. Hand-picked. After gentle pressing of the whole bunches, fermentation began without skins at 12ºC. Aged for 42 months in stainless steel tanks until being bottled with immobilized yeast inoculation. Disgorgement was carried out after 34 months.

QCP Sparkling Wine "Blanc de Noir" 2016 Brut Natural Super Reserva
Floral aroma, with some subtle fruit. Fine bubbles. Unctuous mouthfeel, harmonious flavor with notes of dried fruits, gastronomically challenging. Goes well with any meal, from cheese and sausage starters to fish, white meat and smoked dishes. Should be consumed at 6-8°C.
