Sparkling wine produced exclusively with the Chardonnay grape variety. Hand-picked. After gentle pressing of the whole bunches, fermentation began without skins and under temperature control. Six months later, immobilized yeasts were inoculated. Disgorgement was carried out after 34 months.

QCP Sparkling Wine "Blanc de Blanc" 2019 Brut Natural Super Reserva
Intense aroma, with a harmonious flavor with fruity notes suggesting apricot and mango. Fine bubbles. Fresh flavor, with firm and balanced acidity. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with fish, oysters and other shellfish. Should be consumed at 6-8°C.
