Sparkling wine produced exclusively with the Arinto grape variety. After destemming, crushing and gentle pressing of the grapes, fermentation began with temperature control and without the presence of skins. Six months later, immobilized yeasts were inoculated for a second fermentation in the bottle. Disgorgement was carried out after 46 months.

QCP Sparkling Wine 2015 Grande Reserva
Citrus colour and aroma of lime and green apples. Fresh flavour, with firm and very balanced acidity. Should be consumed between 6 and 8°C. Excellent as an aperitif and to accompany oysters, marinades, almost all types of fish, foie gras and smoked meats.
