With 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Vinified using the classic “tanning” method with thermal control. Eighty percent of the wine was aged for 18 months in stainless steel tanks, the remainder in French oak barrels.

Made from grapes from the 777 clone, the wine has a darker, more vibrant colour than most Pinot Noirs, with an intense aroma of black cherry. On the palate, it has acidity, a full-bodied structure and a substantial texture. It is an excellent accompaniment to mushrooms, meaty fish and smoked dishes. It should be drunk at 16-17ºC.
