  • White wine made from red grapes of the Pinot Noir variety, which stands out for its slightly coppery colour and floral aroma. A wine with unctuousness, acidity, body and structure. The evident presence of tannins reveals its red origin. Excellent to accompany cod dishes and oily fish. Should be drunk at 12-14ºC.
