Fermentation took place in a wine press for 8 days, at a temperature of 10ºC. The aging, in stainless steel vats, lasted more than 3 years, with bottling taking place in the autumn of 2019.

Peripecia Pinot Noir 2016 Blanc de Noir
White wine made from red grapes of the Pinot Noir variety, which stands out for its slightly coppery colour and floral aroma. A wine with unctuousness, acidity, body and structure. The evident presence of tannins reveals its red origin. Excellent to accompany cod dishes and oily fish. Should be drunk at 12-14ºC.
