100% Merlot grapes, vinified using the classic “tanning” method with thermal control. Twenty percent of the wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, with the remainder aged in stainless steel tanks.

Wine with an intense spicy aroma. In the mouth, it highlights the flavor of green peppers, revealing itself to be smooth, persistent and of great class. Excellent to accompany poultry and grilled meats, it goes well with most foods. Should be consumed at 16-17ºC.
