Wine produced with Moscatel Graúdo grapes, hand-picked on Halloween 2016, in excellent conditions for the development of the fungus Botrytis cinerea. The fermentation of the must was suspended after a week to maintain the sugars. The result was a fresh wine, golden in color and with an intense aroma, excellent to accompany cheese, chocolate and sweets.

Alc. 11.0% / Total acidity 6.2 g/l / Sugar 80.1 g/l

Production 2,000 500ml bottles. Launch in October 2015
